奥卡西平治疗小儿部分性发作癫痫的临床疗效及对患者脑电图和认知功能的影响 被引量:19

The clinical efficacy of oxcarbazepine in the treatment of child partial seizures epilepsy and its influences on the EEG and cognitive function

摘要 目的:探讨奥卡西平治疗小儿部分性发作癫痫的临床疗效及对患者脑电图和认知功能的影响。方法:将本院收治的90例部分性发作癫痫患儿随机分为两组(各45例),对照组口服卡马西平,观察组口服奥卡西平,对比两组的治疗效果以及脑电图、认知功能变化。结果:观察组的癫痫发作控制率、脑电图总有效率分别为93.33%、86.67%,对照组分别为95.56%、88.89%,组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后的蒙特利尔认知评估(MOCA)总评分均无明显变化(P>0.05)。观察组治疗前后的脑电背景活动情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组治疗后的α波占比明显低于观察组,θ波占比显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:奥卡西平治疗部分性发作癫痫能有效减少痫样放电,疗效显著,且对患儿认知功能、脑电背景活动无明显影响,安全性好。 Objectiv seizures epilepsy and e: To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxcarbazepine in the treatment of child partial the influences on the electroencephalogram (EEG) and cognitive function. Methods: 90 children with partial seizures epilepsy were randomly divided into two groups (n = 45 ). The control group oraled carbamazepine, and observation group oraled oxcarbazepine, the clinical efficacy, EEG, and cognitive function changes of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rates of epileptic seizure control and electroencephalography in the observation group were 93.33% and 86.67% , while those in the control group were 95.56% and 88.89%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). There was no significant difference in montreal cognitive assessment(MOCA) scores of two groups after treatment compared with before treatment ( P 〉 0.05 ). The EEG background activity in the observation group before and after treatment showed no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Compared with the observation group, the proportion of α wave in the control group was significantly lower, and the ratio of 0 wave was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.00%, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Oxcarbazepine in the treatment of partial seizures can effectively reduce epilepsy discharge, its curative effect is obvious, and it has no obvious effect on cognitive function and EEG background activity, has good safety in children.
