摘要
基于硫磷混酸分解白钨矿新工艺,在由磷钨酸氨溶得到的钨酸铵溶液中,加入镁盐可有效去除杂质P,但除P后溶液中残余的Mg^(2+)易导致APT产品中杂质Mg含量超标。为了生产符合国标GB/T 10116—88APT-0的产品,采用D850螯合树脂来吸附钨酸铵溶液中的Mg^(2+)。室温下,向直径为15 mm的有机玻璃柱内装入不同体积的湿树脂,将WO2-4浓度为220g/L,Mg^(2+)浓度为200mg/L的溶液以1.1mL/min的流速通过树脂床层。结果表明,当钨酸铵溶液体积与湿树脂体积比小于22~25时,交后液中Mg^(2+)浓度几乎为零,溶液得到深度净化,蒸发结晶产出的APT产品完全符合国标要求。在室温下,负载Mg^(2+)树脂经过去离子水洗涤,用0.5 mol/L硫酸以6 mL/min的流速进行解吸,Mg^(2+)的解吸率能达到96.4%以上,很好地实现了树脂的再生。
In the new process of scheelite leaching in H2 SO4-H3 PO4 synergistic system,the phosphorus impurity in the ammonium tungstate solution can be effectively removed by adding magnesium salt into the ammonium tungstate solution obtained by the ammonia dissolution of phosphotungstic acid.However,the residual Mg^2+in the phosphorus removed solution can easily lead to the excessive magnesium content in the APT product.In order to obtain the product meeting Chinese standard of GB/T 10116—88 APT-0,D850 chelating resin was used to adsorb Mg^2+from ammonium tungstate solution.At room temperature,different volume of wet resin was loaded into a plexiglass ion exchange column with a diameter of 15 mm.The ammonium tungstate solution containing 200 mg/L Mg^2+and 220 g/L WO2-4 was passed through the resin bed with the flow rate 1.1 mL/min.The results show that when the volume ratio of ammonium tungstate solution to wet resin is less than 22~25,the concentration of Mg^2+in the exchanged solution is almost zero,the solution can be deeply purified,and APT product from evaporative crystallization fully meets the requirements of the national standard.Washed by deionized water at room temperature,the Mg^2+-loaded resins were desorbed with 0.5 mol/L sulphuric acid at a flow rate of 6 mL/min.The desorption rate of Mg^2+is more than 96.4%,and the resins can be well regenerated.
