摘要
甲由甲单元、甲周的软组织及周围的血管和神经组成,具有保护指端、辅助精细动作等多种功能。甲的解剖结构以及相互作用的异常,不仅是甲病的主要原因,也可为系统疾病的发现提供线索。因此,掌握甲正常的解剖结构,有助于临床医师在最大限度的保留甲的形态与功能的前提下,做出准确诊断和适当治疗。本文综述甲的正常结构及生理功能,旨在为临床上甲病的诊断与治疗提供帮助。
The nail comprises the nail plate,the surrounding soft tissues,and their vasculature and innervation. It has many functions,such as protecting the fingertip,assisting the fine motor skills and so on. The anatomical structure of the nail and the abnormal interaction are not only the main causes of the disease,but also can help for the diagnosis of systemic diseases. Therefore,mastering the normal anatomical structure of a nail is helpful for clinicians to make accurate diagnosis and proper treatment under the premise of retaining the shape and function of the nail. This article reviews the normal structure and physiological functions of the nail,which intends to help the clinical di-agnosis and treatment of onychosis.
