摘要
出版服务已经成为欧美高校图书馆新的服务亮点和核心竞争力。通过分析美国弗吉尼亚州联邦大学图书馆的英国弗吉尼亚出版服务项目的起源、开发情况和特点,提出我国高校图书馆应提高认识、积极开展出版服务;在服务过程中,加强与教师、科研人员的合作,并循序渐进,不断扩大合作范围和服务内容;充分利用本校的内容资源,特别是馆藏特色资源,发挥人才、资源优势,不断创新;通过申报各级各类基金项目争取资金支持,促进出版服务发展。
Publishing service has become a new service highlight and core competitiveness of university libraries in Europe and A- merica. This paper analyzes the origin, development stuation and characteristics of the Virginia publishing service project of the Vir- ginia Federal University library in the United States, and puts forward that our country＇s university library should improve the under- standing, actively carry out the publishing service. In the service process, library should strengthen cooperation with teachers and re- searchers, continue to expand the scope of cooperation and service content, make full use of the content resource, especially the char- acteristics of collection resources, and talent resource advantages, continue to innovation. Chinese university libraries should vote fi- nancial support by declaring various types of fund projects at all levels, to promote the development of publishing services.
