摘要
本文主要探讨了中国不同鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)品系间的遗传多样性和系统发育的研究进展,其中包括分子遗传标记技术在鲫鱼的遗传多样性和亲缘关系研究中的应用。指出了系统发育关系研究中存在的问题及解决方法。相关研究为我国鲫鱼种质资源保护以及鲫鱼优良品种的选育提供了一定借鉴。
This paper mainly introduced some crucian carp （Carassius auratus）, and discussed the genetic di- versity and phylogenetic development of different carp lines in China, including the application of molecular ge- netic markers in these research. This paper pointed out the problems in the study of phylogenetic relationship and the methods to solve these questions are proposed. The related research provides some reference for protecting the germplasm resources and breeding of crucian carp in China.
