摘要
介绍了电传动矿用自卸车制动系统,分析了制动功率不足带来的问题,根据行业标准,推导出了制动功率的计算公式,并对国内外主流电传动矿用自卸车的制动功率进行了验证计算。计算结果与实际情况高度吻合,表明推导所得的公式适用于电传动矿用自卸车制动功率的设计计算。
The paper introduced the braking system of the electric drive mine dump truck, and analyzed the problems caused by insufficient braking power. According to the industry standard, it deduced the calculation formula of the braking power, and then the calculation formula was used to verify the braking power of the mainstream electric drive mine dump trucks at home and abroad. The calculation results were highly close to the realities, which showed that the deduced formula was suitable for the design and calculation on the braking power of the electric drive mine dump truck.
