摘要
目的随着医院对科研愈加重视，非直属附属医院科研项目逐渐增多，科研经费管理问题也逐渐显现出来，出现相关制度缺乏、经费执行脱节等问题，本文拟通过剖析医院科研经费管理问题，提出合理建议，促进非直属附属医院科研经费管理水平的提高。方法文献研究法和经验法相结合。结果从完善科研管理部门职能、完善科研管理制度、建立诚信机制等六个方面可以改进科研经费管理水平。结论非直属附属医院必须因地制宜改进科研经费管理，为科研人员顺利开展科研活动提供有力的支持。
Objective To explore the improvement measures of scientific research funds man- agement in non-directly affiliated hospitals based on the existing problems. Methods Considering the current situation about the management of scientific research funds in non-directly affiliated hospitals, the study analyzes the problems in the management and proposes some improvement measures. Results We have got some measures to improve the management of scientific research funds in non-directly affiliated hospital from different angles, such as, perfecting the function of scientific research manage- ment departments, improving the system of scientific research management, establishing credibility mechanisms, adjusting financial approaches to different conditions, strengthening business training a- bout scientific research funds and making full use of informatization. Conclusions These measures, which we have put forward, mean a lot to the improvement of scientific research funds management. The non-directly affiliated hospitals should improve the management of scientific research funds in practice and promote the development of scientific research projects.
