摘要
目的探讨复方罗布麻颗粒联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压的临床效果。方法选取桐柏县人民医院2016年4月—2017年5月收治的高血压患者162例,随机分成对照组(81例)和治疗组(81例)。对照组口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片,1片/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服复方罗布麻颗粒,2袋/次,2次/d。两组患者均经过2个月治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者动态血压、心率、动脉脉搏波传导速度(PWV)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)和不良反应。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率86.42%,显著低于治疗组的96.30%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者24 h平均收缩压(ASBP)、24 h平均舒张压(ADBP)和心率均显著下降(P<0.05),同时治疗组动态血压和心率改善情况均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者PWV和IMT值均显著下降(P<0.05),同时治疗后治疗组患者PWV和IMT值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,对照组不良反应发生率为14.81%,显著高于治疗组的3.70%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方罗布麻颗粒联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Apocynum Granules combined with erbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in treatment of hypertension. Methods Patients（162 cases） with hypertension in Tongbai County People＇s Hospital from April 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control（81 cases） and treatment（81 cases） groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Apocynum Granules on the basis of the control group, 2 bags/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the ambulatory blood pressure, heart rate, PWV, IMT and the adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 86.42%, which was significantly lower than 96.30% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the 24 h ASBP, 24 h ADBP and heart rate in two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, and the improvement of ambulatory blood pressure and heart rate in the treatment group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the PWV and IMT value in two groups was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, and the PWV and IMT value in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. During the treatment, the adverse reactions rate in the control group was 14.81%, which was significantly higher than 3.70% in the treatment group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound Apocynum Granules combined with erbesartan hydrochlorothiazide has significant effect in treatment of hypertension with lower adverse reactions incidence, which has a certain clinical application value.
