摘要
利用数值模拟方法对某轻轨牵引电机进风罩和风扇进行仿真分析,对进风罩的结构进行优化设计,目标为提高进气风量11%,经试验证明实际提升了10%~14%,实现了优化目的。
The fan and suction cannel of traction motors used in light rail locomotives were analyzed and simulated by means of numerical simulation analysis method,and then, optimized design on suction cannel construction was done with the target of 11% increasing suction volume.Tested result proved 10%~14% increasing suction volume,realizing the target of optimization.
