摘要 目的开展部队家属区鼠害调查与防治,检测鼠体表寄生虫及病原体,防止鼠媒疾病的传播。方法采用鼠迹法和夹夜法调查家属区鼠害,开展综合防治灭鼠工作,检视体表寄生虫,采用常规PCR方法检测鼠脏器中立克次体、巴尔通体、无形体、土拉弗朗西斯菌、贝氏柯克斯体、巴贝西原虫、恙虫病东方体等7种病原体。结果夹夜法调查部队家属区共捕鼠11只,经鉴定全部为褐家鼠,鼠密度为2.56%。综合防治后鼠密度明显降低,夹夜法监测鼠杀灭率为100%。采集鼠体表寄生虫3只,均为格氏血厉螨。鼠脏器检测立克次体、无形体、巴贝西原虫阳性。结论该区域有发生流行性出血热等媒介传播疾病的可能,通过采取环境和化学防治相结合的综合预防控制措施,有效降低了部队家属区鼠密度,减少了鼠及其携带病原体的危害。 Objective To investigate the rat density and detect epizoons and pathogens carried by rats in naval family area,and take integrated rodent management to prevent diseases caused by rats. Methods The rat density was investigated by rat trace method and night trapping method,and integrated rodent management was taken to control the density. Epizoons were examined and Rickettsia,Bartonella,Anaplasma,Francisella tularensis,Coxiella burneti,Babesia and Orientia tsutsugamushi were detected by PCR. Results Eleven rats were trapped,all belonging to Rattus norvegicus. The average density of rats before control was 2. 56%,and dropped 100% after integrated rodent management. Three mites were collected from one trapped rat and identified as Haemolaelaps glasgowies. Rickettsias,Anaplasma and Babesia were detected from the rats' organs. Conclusion Epidemic hemorrhagic fever and other vector borne diseases may occur in this region. The rat density reduced after environmental management and chemical control.
