摘要
近年来,我国养老服务呈现快速发展趋势。选择不同养老服务方式的老年人,在分享养老服务供给快速增长的福利的同时,也面临着生存、生活方面的诸多窘境,折射出养老服务质量问题。老年人对美好生活的需要日益增长,对养老服务也从"量的需要"发展为"质的需要",老人需要根据不同的健康状况和其他自身情况享受差异化、多样性、多层次的养老服务,更要明确家庭成员、社区管委会、机构经营者、各级政府等养老服务责任主体的相关责任,共同提升养老服务质量,保障老人拥有一个有尊严的幸福晚年。
In recent years, the service for the elderly is developing fast. At the same time, the elderly who choose different services are faced with many difficulties in life and survival, which reflects the quality of services for the aged. The needs of the elderly for a better life are growing, and the elderly care service also develops from ＂quantity needs＂ to ＂qualitative needs＂. The elderly need to enjoy a differentiated, diversified and multi-level service according to different health conditions and other conditions.We should also clarify the responsibilities of the family members, the community management committee,the agency operators, and governments at all levels, so as to improve the quality of the service for the aged and ensure that the elderly live a happy latter years with dignity.
