摘要
为解决甜菜褐斑病防治问题,2009—2016年,对黑龙江省10个地区166个甜菜品种,采取田间调查发病率的方法进行分类研究。结果表明,将地区分为轻病区、中病区和重病区3类;将品种的抗性水平分为高抗、抗病、中抗、中感、感病、高感6个级别:甜菜褐斑病病情指数(DI)≤15的地区为轻病区,15<DI≤30的地区为中病区,病情指数大于30的地区为重病区。高抗品种DI≤20,20<抗病品种DI≤30,30<中抗品种DI≤40,40<中感品种DI≤50,50<感病品种DI≤60,高感品种DI大于60。依此标准划分出高抗品种65个,抗病品种17个,中抗品种31个,中感品种24个,感病品种6个,高感品种23个。依安、红兴隆为轻病区,轻病区宜用中感、中抗、抗病、高抗品种;讷河、九三、望奎、宁安为中病区,中病区宜用中抗、抗病和高抗品种。拜泉、海伦、佳木斯、呼兰为重病区,重病区宜用抗病和高抗品种。
The paper aims at the prevention and control of Cercospora leaf spot(CLS) of sugarbeet. The diseaseindex(DI) of 166 sugarbeet varieties were investigated by field test in 10 regions of Heilongjiang from 2009 to2016. The results showed that: the regions were divided into 3 disease areas as light, middle and heavy areas;the resistance levels of the varieties were divided into 6 levels, including high resistant, resistant, middleresistant, medium sensitive, sensitive and high sensitive varieties; the area with the disease index(DI) less than15 was light disease area, 15DI≤30 was the middle disease area, DI30 was the heavy disease area; highresistance varieties had DI≤20, resistant varieties had 20DI≤30, middle resistant varieties had 30DI≤40,medium sensitive varieties had 40DI≤50, sensitive varieties had 50DI≤60, high sensitive varieties had DI60.The test screened 65 high resistant varieties, 17 resistant varieties, 31 middle resistant varieties, 24 mediumsensitive varieties, 6 sensitive varieties and 23 high sensitive varieties. Yi'an and Hongxinglong were lightdisease areas which were suitable for all varieties except susceptible and high susceptible ones; Nehe, Jiusan,Wangkui, Ning'an belonged to middle disease area where middle resistant varieties, resistant varieties andhigh resistant varieties should be used; Baiquan, Hailun, Jiamusi and Hulan were heavy disease areas whereresistant and high resistant varieties should be used.
