摘要
以特籼占13空间诱变的优质超大穗新品系M-93为供体亲本,以不育系中间材料S-25(来源于C815S/合丰占)为轮回亲本杂交,后连续回交3代和自交5代,最终于2015年育成航93S。该不育系具有不育起点温度较低、开花习性好、柱头外露率高、异交结实率高、穗大粒多、配合力强、抗寒性强及稻米品质较优等特性,2017年10月通过广东省技术鉴定。
Hang 93 S, derived from the cross of M-93(an inbred line with large panicle and good grain quality selected from the space mutagenesis of Texianzhan 13) and S-25(a male sterile breeding material derived from C815 S/Hefengzhan, as the recurrent parent) followed by backcrossing and selfcrossing, is an indica photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS) line in rice developed by South China Agricultural University in 2015. It is characteristic of low critical temperature of fertility alteration, good flowerring habits, high outcrossing rate with high stigma exsertion rate, large panicle size, high combining ability, strong clod resistance and good grain quailty. Hang 93 S was technically identified in Guangdong Province in October, 2017.
