摘要
针对某电厂超临界机组锅炉出现的分隔屏过热器管子出列变形和管屏乱排现象,从研究系统结构的角度出发,分析出现该现象的原因,通过控制锅炉给水流量、燃料量、烟气挡板、二次风门等参数给出了具体的优化措施。
According to the division panel SH distortion phenomenon during the Boiler commissioning in one Super-critical Unit,we have an comprehensive analysis the reason why the division panel SH distortion phenomenon occurs based on the division panel SH structure. And we give an optimal operation suggestion which includes the adjustment the boiler feed-water flow rate and the fuel and the flue gas damper and secondary air door. The suggestion have references for the boiler safe and reliable operation.
