摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议的推进,我国石化企业纷纷加快走出去,越来越多的员工需要被派驻到海外。然而在此过程中,部分员工以各种理由逃避外派,影响了企业海外业务开拓与执行。本文分析了导致该现象产生的原因,并提出相应的对策和建议。
With the promotion of the "Belt and Road" initiative, China's petrochemical companies are speeding up to go overseas, which means more and more employees need to be stationed abroad. However, in the course of this process, some employees evade the assignment of going abroad for various reasons, which affect the development and implementation of the overseas business of enterprises. This paper analyzes the underlying causes of this phenomenon, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
