摘要
针对我国职教集团在实践中政府参与度不高,校企结合不够深入,数据管理不够系统化,内部融合度较低等现状,提出了一种职教集团内部治理的信息化模式。该模式包含4个方面:通过"互联网+规划引导"实现顶层设计,政府引导,市场主导;通过"互联网+教科研"实现真正意义上的校企合作、产教融合,服务融合;通过"互联网+智慧管理",实现信息联动,科学统计,决策支持;通过"互联网+组织",实现基于网络的治理模式,信息联通,共享共治,协同发展。通过以上4个方面,将信息技术充分植入到职业教育集团化办学过程中。基于信息化建设,形成职教集团全员、全过程、全管理信息化的发展机制和治理结构,积极发挥职业教育集团的资源聚集与功能辐射作用,提高职业教育集团化办学水平。
In view of the poor government participation in the events of Vocational Education, combination between the vocational education group and the enterprise is not strong enough, the data management is not systematic and the degree of internal integration is low. This paper puts forward a kind of information mode of the internal governance of the vocational education group. The model includes four aspects： through a pathway of ＂internet ＋ educational scientific research＂ to realize school-enterprise cooperation; teaching and research is combined with informatization to accomplish aims of college-enterprise cooperation, industryeducation integration and service blending; wisdom management is combined with informatization to accomplish aims of information linkage, scientific statistics and decision support; organizing is combined with informatization to accomplish aims of information exchange, governance through network and coordinated development. Through the above four aspects, informatization can be embedded in the school running of vocational education group firmly. Based on information construction, a new mechanism for the development of all personnel, whole process and management information of vocational education group is formed, and the resource aggregation and function radiation of vocational education groups are effective.
