摘要
粤西某在建的高速公路软弱围岩隧道,洞身局部穿越软弱破碎地层,施工难度和工程风险较大。隧道右洞于2015年8月20日发生塌方事故,受塌方关联,塌方段落前方有部分段落严重侵限,侵限最大值达到178cm。在分析塌方变形原因的基础上,采取"封闭注浆、人工开挖、重新支护"的方式进行了处治,初期支护施作后的隧道拱顶下沉、净空收敛的监测结果表明所采用的处理对策效果较好,并通过数值模拟计算分析,得到的变形规律与现场监测基本一致。
A tunnel,located in western Guangdong Province,passes through very soft and fractured ground,which increases the difficulty and risk of the project. Serious collapse occurred on August 20 th,2015,which brought serious limit invasion for some sections with a maximum value of 178 cm,and countermeasures including closure grouting followed by manual excavation and replacement of initial support were carried out. Monitoring results of the tunnel crown deformation and the lateral convergence have shown that the adopted countermeasures are effective,as the same deformation law results have been obtained through simulation calculation and analysis,which could provide some guidance to similar projects in the future.
