龙怀高速公路粗石山隧道温拌沥青路面施工 被引量:1

Construction of Warm-mixed Asphalt Mixture for Cushishan Tunnel of Longhuai Expressway

摘要 隧道内通风不畅、照明不足,加之热拌沥青混合料高温、浓烟、有毒等特点,导致沥青面层施工难度较大,施工质量难以保证。温拌技术应用于长大隧道沥青路面摊铺时,通过降低出料温度与摊铺施工温度,大量减少沥青烟气排放,改善施工作业环境,促进压实程度,提高施工质量。结合龙连高速公路粗石山长大隧道温拌沥青面层施工,介绍了隧道温拌沥青混合料施工工艺,对比了温拌沥青混合料与热拌沥青混合料的路用性能,提出了隧道沥青路面施工过程中的注意事项及解决措施。 As poor ventilation and insufficient illumination in tunnels,being combined with the characteristics of hotmixed asphalt such as high temperature,smoke and toxic,have brought much more difficulties for the construction of asphalt pavement,with the construction quality being hard to be guaranteed. Adopting warm-mixing technology for asphalt pavement in long tunnels,where the discharge of bitumen smoke could be greatly reduced,the construction operation environment could be improved,the compaction degree could be improved,and the construction quality could be improved by reducing the discharge temperature and the paving temperature. Being based on the construction of warm-mixed asphalt pavement in Cushishan Tunnel of Longhuai Expressway,the construction technology of warm-mixed asphalt in tunnels has been introduced and the road performance of warm-mixed asphalt and hot-mixed asphalt has been compared,with the precautions and measures in the process of tunnel asphalt pavement construction being put forward.
