摘要
目的探究自体肋软骨移植构建鼻尖软骨复合体于鼻整形中的应用价值。方法选取2014年3月至2018年3月期间收治的80例鼻中隔塌陷患者,按照患者使用的不同鼻尖软骨复合体构成材料而将其归入使用硅胶材料的对照组与使用自体肋软骨材料的研究组,两组各有40例患者。对比两组患者的创面愈合时间、并发症发生率、外观满意度。结果研究组的创面愈合时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,外观满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体肋软骨移植构建鼻尖软骨复合体于鼻整形中有着非常显著的应用价值,患者创面愈合更快,并发症更少,外观更完美。
Objective To explore the application value of nasal ossicular cartilage complex grafted with auto costal cartilage in rhinoplasty. Methods 80 patients with nasal septum collapse treated between March 2014 and March 2018 were selected according to the different components of the nasal cartilage complex used by patients. They were assigned to the control group using silicone material and the use of autologous costal cartilage materials. The study group had 40 patients in each group. The wound healing time, complication rate and appearance satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group. The complication rate was lower than that of the control group, and the appearance satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The construction of nasal rib cartilage graft with auto costal cartilage has a very significant application value in rhinoplasty. The patient＇s wounds heal faster, fewer complications and perfect appearance.
