摘要
本文主要介绍了原油油罐容易出现的腐蚀部位和腐蚀机理,并对现代化的防腐材料和防腐技术进行了研究,在对原油油罐进行防腐处理时,乙烯基酯树脂和氟碳涂料是高效的防腐材料,配合无尘防腐涂装工艺能够获得更好的防腐效果,能够对我国原油行业的健康发展提供重要保障。
The corrosion parts and corrosion mechanism of crude oil tanks are mainly introduced in this paper. The modem anticorrosive materials and anticorrosive technology are also studied. When the oil tank is antiseptic, Vinyl ester resins and fluorocarbon coatings are efficient anticorrosive materials. The combination of dust-free and anticorrosive coating process can achieve better anticorrosion effect, and can provide an important guarantee for the healthy development of China＇s crude oil industry.
