摘要
金属有机化学是一门多学科相互交叉的新兴学科,结合自身实际教学经验,本文从教学内容的合理安排、教学方式和手段的多样化及考核评价体系的改革等诸多方面探讨了金属有机化学课程教学改革,希望通过金属有机化学课程教学探索来提高学生的学习主动性,培养学生对金属有机化学的研究兴趣,从而实现教学质量和学生创新能力的提高。
Organometallic Chemistry is a new interdisciplinary discipline. Rational arrangement of teaching content,diversification of teaching means and reform of assessment system were discussed for teaching reform of Organometallic Chemistry based on own teaching experience. By this exploration of Organometallic Chemistry,improving the students' initiative and cultivating their interest in Metal Organic Chemistry would be reached so as to improve teaching quality and their innovative ability.
