摘要
目的探讨脑卒中患者康复锻炼依从性变化规律及其影响因素分析。方法回顾性分析我院2016年2月至2018年1月神经科接诊的96例脑卒中患者资料,随机分为对照组46例、研究组50例,对照组采用传统护理干预措施,研究组实施康复锻炼模式,对比两组患者干预前后依从性变化规律,并观察两组患者依从性影响因素。结果两组患者干预后第2～6周依从性水平呈逐渐增高趋势,第8～12周患者依从性水平逐渐下降,研究组患者各时间段依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05);患者学历、疾病认知、行为认知、医疗设备、医疗团队及患者或家属对疾病管理、对疾病危害认同、早期治疗和预防等因素是影响脑卒中患者康复锻炼依从性影响因素(P<0.05)。结论影响脑卒中患者康复锻炼依从性的因素是多方面的,护理人员应根据患者影响因素宏观把控,采取有效的康复措施,进而改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the analysis on the change rules and their influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise compliance for stroke patients.Methods To compare the compliance change rules and observe the compliance influencing factors,conduct retrospective analysis on the data for 96 cases of stroke patients who had been treated by our neurology department from February 2016 to January 2018,then divide them to control group（46 cases） and research group（50 cases）,and then conduct comparison and observation on them. The control group adopted the traditional nursing intervention measures,and the research group implemented the rehabilitation exercise mode. Results For the two groups of patients after intervention,the compliance level from2-6 weeks presented the tendency of gradual increase,the compliance level from 8-12 weeks presented the tendency of gradual decrease,and the compliance scores of the patients in the research group at each time period were higher than those of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）; educational background of patients,disease cognition,behavior cognition,medical equipment,medical team,management of patients or their families on disease,identification of patients or their families to the hazards of disease,early treatment and prevention and other factors are the factors of influencing the rehabilitation exercise compliance of stroke patients（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Many factors will influence the rehabilitation exercise compliance of stroke patients; the nursing staff should conduct marco control,then take effective rehabilitation measures,and then improve the prognosis of the patients according to the factors influencing the patients.
