摘要
介绍八钢14~16mm Q345q E钢板低温冲击性能影响因素的分析和研究。结果表明:钢中中心偏析、异常组织及晶粒粗大是Q345q E低温冲击性能不合格的主要原因。通过降低加热温度,增加待温后的总压下率,改善了Q345E的低温冲击性能,产品性能合格率显著提高。
Analysis and investigation are performed on influencing factors of low temperature impact properties for 14~16mm thickness Q345qE of bridge structure steel plate in Bayi steel.The results show that central segregation, and severe banded structure and big gain size are the major causes of low temperature impact property disqualification. The low temperature impact toughness was obviously improved by lowering the heating temperature and increasing total reduction rate after temperature, the qualification rate of products was increased too.
