摘要
以大学生创业激励机制为研究对象,提出大学生创业激励机制是由大学生创业触发机制、大学生创业能力培养机制、大学生创业环境激励与保障机制构成,各激励要素协同发挥作用的系统。并从创业教育、创业能力、环境要素、创业意愿、创业行为5个变量入手,建立大学生创业激励机制理论模型,采用结构方程方法进行了实证研究。主要结论包括:大学生创业激励机制是以创业教育、家庭支持、社会支持、环境支持为外在激励要素,创业能力、创业意愿为内在激励要素的协同激励机制;高校创业教育对大学生创业能力提升的作用不明显;社会支持对大学生创业激励作用不明显。在此基础上,根据理论模型进一步详细描述了大学生创业激励机制,结合研究结论发现我国大学生创业激励机制存在触发机制较为完善,创业能力培养机制、环境激励与保障机制存在不足的现状,据此提出相关政策建议。
College students,as main body of＂Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation＂,are faced with the dilemma of＂policy fever but entrepreneurship freeze＂,although frequently promoted by government entrepreneurshippolicies.Focused on the motivation mechanism of colleges students entrepreneurship,This paper proposes that this motivation mechanism tends to be a system consisting of triggering mechanism,training mechanism of ability,environment motivation and guarantee mechanism,all of which interact and coordinate with each other.In addition,the paper studies empirically with a structural equation method and a theoretical model using five variables,including entrepreneurial training,entrepreneurial ability,environmental factors and entrepreneurial behavior.The conclusion are as following：The college students entrepreneurial motivation mechanism is coordinated by extrinsic factors,which includes entrepreneurship education,family support,social support and environmental support,and intrinsic factors which includes entrepreneurial ability and intention.College entrepreneurial education has no obvious effect on promoting students entrepreneurial ability;Social support has no obvious incentive effect on college students entrepreneurship.On the basis of theoretical model and research conclusion of college students entrepreneurial motivation mechanism,the study finds that in our country there exists that the trigger mechanism is developed perfectly,while training,environmental motivation and support mechanism are relatively insufficient,then put forward relevant policy suggestions and recommendations.
