霍山石斛多糖对衰老模型大鼠肠道消化吸收功能和形态结构的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Dendrobium Huoshanense Polysaccharides on Intestinal Tract's Digestion and Absorption Function as well as Its Morphological Structure in Aging Rat Model

摘要 取30只4月龄SD大鼠随机分为对照组、衰老模型组和衰老模型+霍山石斛多糖组,每组10只。衰老模型大鼠每日注射D-半乳糖125mg·kg^(-1)·BW^(-1),对照组大鼠每日注射等量生理盐水。衰老模型+霍山石斛多糖组大鼠每日灌胃霍山石斛多糖溶液200mg·kg^(-1)·BW^(-1)。饲养8周后处死大鼠,测定回肠食糜中蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性;回肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度;粪中粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量。结果表明霍山石斛多糖可以显著提高衰老模型大鼠小肠蛋白酶活性(p<0.01)和淀粉酶活性(p<0.05);显著提高小肠绒毛高度(p<0.01),降低隐窝深度(p<0.01);显著降低衰老模型大鼠粪便中粗蛋白含量(p<0.05)。说明霍山石斛多糖可以改善衰老模型大鼠小肠形态结构,并对消化酶活性和营养素吸收产生有益影响。 30 SD rats at four months age were randomly assigned into control,aging model and aging model+Dendrobium Huoshanense polysaccharides(DHP)with each group of 10 rats.Aging model rats were induced by daily injection of galactose in the dose of 125 mg·kg-1·BW-1.The rats of control group were injected with same dose of saline.Rats of aging model+DHP were daily intragastric administration with DHP in the dose of 200 mg·kg-1·BW-1.Rats in other two groups were daily intragastric administration with same volume saline.8 weeks later,all rats were sacrificed to determine the activity of protease,amylase and lypase in ileum ghyme;villous height and crypt depth of ileum;the protein and lipid concentration in feces.The results showed that DHP could significantly increase the activity of protease(P〈0.01)and amylase(P〈0.05),increased the villous height(P〈0.01)and decreased crypt depth(P〈0.01)of ileum,decreased the protein concentration(P〈0.01)in feces in aged rat model group,as compared with the aged rat model.These results suggest that DHP can improve intestinal tract healthy level by improving its digestion and absorption function as well as its morphological structure.
