摘要
设计并制作了一款具有检测及超限报警功能的简易酒精浓度测试仪。本方案利用MQ3酒精浓度传感器测试浓度值,传感器输出信号通过A/D转换电路调理后,经由89C51单片机进行数据处理,最后由液晶屏显示酒精浓度值,对超限结果通过蜂鸣器和发光管进行声光报警。系统设计轻巧,检测灵敏,是一款实用的检测设备。
Designed and manufactured a simple alcohol concentration tester with detection and alarm function.In this scheme, MQ3 alcohol concentration sensor is used to test the concentration value. After the output signal of the sensor is adjusted by the A/D conversion circuit, the data is processed by the 89 C51 microcontroller, and the alcohol concentration value is displayed by the liquid crystal screen.Acousto-optic alarm is carried out through buzzer and luminous tube for over-limit results.System design light, sensitive detection, is a practical testing equipment.
