摘要
提出了一种新型的模式复用型单光纤光镊,并且通过实验验证了其不仅可以在光轴上稳定地捕获酵母菌,而且可以通过调节LP_(01)模式与LP_(11)模式之间的功率比,在一定范围内操控酵母菌在光轴上的位置;此外,还可以将粒子沿光轴弹射出去。对这种模式复用型单光纤光镊的工作原理进行了较详细的理论分析,实验中采用氢氟酸腐蚀法及熔融法制作模式复用型单光纤光镊探针。
A new type of multiple mode single fiber optical tweezers is proposed, and through experiment, it is verified that it can not only stably capture yeast on the optical axis, but also can control the position of the yeast on the optical axis within a certain range by adjusting the power ratio between the LP01 mode and the LP11 mode. Besides, it can also eject particles along the optical axis. The working principle of the multiple mode single fiber optical tweezers is analyzed in detail, and in the experiment, the probe of the multiple mode single fiber optical tweezers is fabricated by hydrofluoric acid corrosion and melting method.
