摘要
幼儿教师通过组织不同形式的户外混龄自主游戏,并在游戏中适时鼓励幼儿积极参与,满足小班幼儿与不同年龄同伴交往的需要,进而培养小班幼儿与人交往的正确态度,并提升小班幼儿的交往能力。
Kindergarten teachers organize various outdoor mixed-age games in order to encourage children to join to meet the needs of communicating with others at different ages. In this way can children's communicative ability be promoted.
