摘要
为了满足特定需求,开发了一型机械可调阻尼系数阻尼器。采用第三代黏滞阻尼器技术,结合其出力机理,使用N-S方程推导了阻尼器出力,通过外置阀门调节其开口,实现了阻尼器阻尼系数可调节。在理论与数值仿真基础上,通过样机试验,验证了理论、数值仿真与试验的一致性。所开发的机械可调阻尼系数阻尼器满足工程试验需求。
In order to meet specific requirements, a type of mechanically adjustable fluid viscous damper is developed. Using the third-generation of fluid viscous damper technology and combined with its output principle, the output of the damper is derived using the N-S equation. Adjusting the opening through an external valve enables the adjustable damping coefficient. Based on the theoretical and numerical simulations, the consistency between theory, numerical simulation and tests is verified through the sample tests. The developed mechanically adjustable fluid viscous damper can meet the requirements of engineering tests.
