摘要
日常生活中,我们对于建筑外窗的性能要求越来越高,其基本的物理性能检测主要包括三项:气密性能,水密性能和抗风压性能。在平时使用的时候,这三项性能中,水密性能最为直观地体现出窗户的使用价值,也最容易对使用者造成损失,是导致与制造商产生纠纷的主要因素。本文主要分析建筑外窗不同开启方式对于水密性能的影响以及对如何解决建筑外窗水渗漏和如何提高其性能的相关建议。
The performance of the exterior windows of buildings are required to be higher at the basic tests on physical performance, mainly including air tightness water tightness and wind load resistance. Among these three physical performance, water tightness can directly show the use value of windows, and easily cause loss to the users, what's more it is also the main factors in disputes with the manufacturers. This paper mainly analyses the influence of different open ways of exterior windows on water tightness, and makes suggestions on how to solve the leakage of exterior windows and how to improve the performance.
