摘要
目的分析妊娠合并糖尿病对孕产妇及围生儿的影响。方法选取93例该院于2017年5月—2018年1月所收治的妊娠合并糖尿病孕产妇为研究组,另选取93名同期于该院行分娩的健康孕产妇为对照组,观察并比较两组孕产妇和围生儿并发症的发生情况以及分娩情况。结果研究组剖宫产率及难产率分别为68.82%、63.44%,较对照组的47.31%、43.01%均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并糖尿病对孕产妇及围生儿的影响较大,加大了两者并发症的发生率,同时也使得孕产妇极易出现剖宫产和难产,加强此类孕产妇围生期的治疗与护理对于减少孕产妇及围生儿并发症的发生、改善分娩结局具非常重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of pregnancy combined with diabetes on the maternal women and perinatal infants. Methods 93 cases of maternal women with pregnancy and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research group, and 93 cases of healthy maternal women in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group, and the occurrence of complications and delivery situation were compared and observed. Results The cesarean section rate and dystocia rate in the research group were higher than those in the control group（68.82%, 63.44% vs 47.31%, 43.01%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of pregnancy combined with diabetes on the maternal women and perinatal infants is bigger, which can increase the incidence rate of complications, and make maternal women easy to have cesarean section and dystocia, and enhancing the treatment and nursing of maternal women during the perioperative period is of very important significance to reducing the occurrence of complications and improving the delivery outcome.
