摘要
高校校园足球的发展、壮大是一项系统工程,涉及面广,任务复杂多样。高校管理者要结合校情、省情,秉持"务实、高效"的工作理念,以校园足球队的建设发展为突破口,创新优化"以制度规范为前提,以三位一体人才培养机制为核心,以人员、经费、风险保障为支撑"的校园足球队管理新模式,以点带面,展现高校校园足球的发展特色与魅力,推动足球运动在校园领域的发展与深化。
The development and expansion of campus football in colleges and universities is a systematic project with a wide range of complex tasks. In the paper, it is thought that college managers have a necessity to take the school situation and the provincial one into account, adhere to the working concept of ＂being pragmatic and efficient＂, take the constructive development of campus football as a breakthrough, and innovate and optimize the new management mode of campus football team—the mode of ＂taking standardized system as its premise, taking the talent cultivation mechanism featured with the trinity as as its core, and taking staff, funding and risk guarantee as its support＂—to fan out from one point to the whole surface and show the development of the campus football features and charm, and promote the deepening development of football in the field of campus.
