摘要
提出了一种新型的适用于户外使用的重组竹材,是在传统重组竹材工艺的基础上,将竹束去青去黄后进行180~210℃的高温热处理,再经浸胶、干燥,热压成型制得密度≥1.1 g/cm^3的性能优越的重组竹材。
This paper proposed to develop a new type of reconstituted bamboo for outdoor use. Based on the traditional manufactruingprocess of reconstituted bamboo, the bamboo split was treated with the technology of high-temperature thermo-treatment after theremoving of bamboo epidermis and tabasheer, and then gumded, dried, finally produced outdoor reconstituted bamboo that densitywas greater than 1.1 g/cm3 with hot compression molding.
