摘要
针对卫星通用产品技术状态更改控制,组批采购和投产规划,均衡生产计划控制,管理责任与界面分工等方面存在的问题,应用要素分析方法,提出卫星通用产品研制管理模式。该模式以卫星通用产品技术状态控制、订单需求统筹、组批投产及生产过程、交付及接收管理方法为要素,通过各要素在采购、生产及验收全过程各环节的相互补充、相互作用,最大程度实现通用产品质量提高和生产能力优化提升。通信卫星通用产品组批生产的工程应用实践表明,该模式适用于卫星通用产品的研制管理,具有良好的推广应用价值。
The configuration change control, batch purchase and production planning, balanced production planning control, the responsibility and interface division and other problems need to be solved during universal satellite products development management. Based on factor analysis method, the development management mode of universal satellite products is proposed to solve the problems above. This mode is based on the core elements made up of configuration change control,overall planning for order demand,batch purchase and production control and delivery and acceptance. The core elements complement and interact with each other in the whole process of purchase, production and acceptance,which can maximize the quality of the product and improve the production capacity. Engineering application practice of batch universal production for telecommunication satellite shows that the proposed mode is suitable for the deve-lopment management of universal satellite products, and has a prospective value to promote its application.
