摘要
目的:探讨发展性照顾对降低早产儿医院感染发生率的影响研究。方法:回顾性分析2016年3月~2017月3月于某院诊治的早产儿100例,根据护理措施不同分为发展性照顾组和常规组各50例,常规组给予常规护理,发展性照顾组在此基础上给予发展性照顾。结果:发展性照顾组早产儿医院感染发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);发展性照顾组患儿家属护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:发展性照顾能有效降低早产儿医院感染发生率,同时提高护理满意度,值得临床作进一步推广。
Objective：To study the effect of developmental care on reducing nosocomial infection in preterm infants.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of premature infants treated in a hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 was conducted.According to different nursing measures,all patients were divided into developmental care group and routine group,with 50 cases in each group.Routine group was given routine group and developmental care group was given developmental care on the basis of conventional group.Results：The incidence of nosocomial infection in the developmental care group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The nursing satisfaction of family members in the developmental care group was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Developmental care can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection of premature infants and improve the satisfaction of nursing at the same time,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
