摘要
目的:分析前列腺癌疾病患者采用1.5TMR高b值扩散加权成像(DWI)技术进行诊断的临床价值。方法:抽取以往在某院手术后病理学证实为前列腺癌的患者92例,根据手术前检查方法的不同,分成对照组和研究组,平均每组46例。对照组单纯采用常规核磁技术进行检查,研究组在常规核磁检查基础上采用1.5TMR高b值扩散加权成像技术进行检查。结果:研究组检查操作时间长于对照组;手术前检查结果与术后病理证实结果的符合率达到95.7%,高于对照组的76.1%;诊断原因导致的纠纷事件仅有1例,少于对照组的6例;误诊和漏诊例数少于对照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺癌疾病患者采用1.5TMR高b值扩散加权成像技术进行诊断,虽然措施时间在一定程度上会有所延长,但可以使诊断的准确性明显提升,减少误诊和漏诊,及由此所导致的纠纷事件。
Objective：To analyze the clinical value of 1.5 TMR high b value diffusion weighted imaging（DWI）technique in the diagnosis of patients with prostate cancer.Methods：A total of 92 patients with prostate cancer after surgery in a hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was examined by conventional nuclear magnetic technique.The study group was examined by 1.5 TMR high b value diffusion weighted imaging technique on the basis of routine nuclear magnetic examination.Results：The examination and operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group.The conformance rate of pre-operative examination results and postoperative pathology confirmed 95.7%,which was higher than 76.1%in the control group.There was only 1 case of disputes caused by the diagnosis in the study group,which was less than 6 cases in the control group.The number of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis was less than the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：1.5 TMR high b value diffusion-weighted imaging is used to diagnose prostate cancer patients.Although the time of measure will be prolonged to a certain extent,the accuracy of diagnosis can be obviously improved,and misdiagnosis,missed diagnosis,and the disputes caused by misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis can be reduced.
