摘要
目的:观察补中益气汤联合甲硫酸新斯的明注射液治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将80例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组仅给予甲硫酸新斯的明注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用补中益气汤,每日1剂,水煎分服。观察2组临床疗效,药物热、药疹、恶心/呕吐等不良反应的发生情况,以及自主排尿时间、尿残余量、住院时间等指标。结果:总有效率观察组为92.5%,对照组为85.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自主排尿时间、尿残余量、住院时间2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为10.0%,对照组为7.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤联合甲硫酸新斯的明注射液治疗产后尿潴留临床疗效显著,且安全性高。
Objective：To observe clinical effects of BuZhong YiQi decoction combined with myastigmine in the treatment for postpartum urinary retention. Methods：Eighty patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, the control group were injected with myastigmine, while the observation group took BuZhong YiQi decoction, one dose each day, water decocting. The indexes of autonomic urination time,residual urine, hospitalization time and others, the incidences of the adverse reactions such as drug fever, drug rash,nausea/vomiting and others, clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, higher than 85.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of autonomic urination time, residual urine and hospitalization time（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 10.0%, higher than 7.5% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：BuZhong YiQi decoction combined with myastigmine is effective in the treatment for postpartum urinary retention, and it shows high safety.
