摘要
针对乐清市水利电力总站的水电站群,在集约智能化改造的基础上,实现深度融合"互联网+"运行维护,推动农村小水电站运管模式向自动化、智能化、集约化转型,提升农村小水电站运管本质安全水平和核心竞争力。结合互联网技术、物联网技术、云技术、大数据分析技术等,开发的乐清市水利电力总站小水电大运维管理平台,将下属10多个水电站及供电区进行集约化监控与管理,将"人、知识、流程"管理的3大基本要素进行分解与提炼,形成组织、角色、权限、流程、事件、协调、关联、控制等功能组件。
For the hydropower stations of the Yueqing Hydropower Administration Bureau, the "Internet plus" mode of operation and maintenance is deeply integrated based on intensive intelligent reconstruction so as to promote transformation into an automatic,intelligent and intensive operation management mode for rural small hydropower stations,and to improve intrinsic safety level and core competence in operation and management of rural small hydropower stations.The big-data-based operation and management platform for smal l hydropower stations of the Yueqing Hydropower Administration Bureau is developed by use of the Internet, the Internet of Things, cloud technology, big-data analysis technologies and so on. Through this platform, more than ten hydropower stations and power supply areas are put under intensive monitoring and management; the three basic management elements of "manpower, knowledge and procedure" are broken down and extracted to form such functional modules as organization, role, authority, procedure, event, coordination, connection and control.
