摘要 当前物联网产业快速发展,但物联网应用在业务开通、售后维护等方面还存在缺点,难以保障端到端的业务质量。电信运营商处于产业链核心位置,可以依托网络能力、云平台等基础设施的优势,根据不同物联网应用的特征,利用云计算、大数据、智能网管等新技术,通过终端管理与业务拨测、网络质量监测、云平台改造,实现物联网的全程质量管控。结合业务流程优化,建立完善的业务支撑体系,构建物联网端到端系统,提升服务水平,使其在市场竞争中处于优势。 Nowadays the IoT industry develops rapidly and however there still exist some deficiencies in business opening and after-sales maintenance of the IoT applications, thus being difficult to guarantee end-to-end service quality. Telecom operators, located in the center of the industry chain,may rely on the advantages of network capabilities, cloud platform and other infrastructures, according to the characteristics of different IoT applications and by using new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, intelligent network management, the IoT total quality management and control may be realized via terminal management and service dialing test, network quality monitoring and cloud platform transformation. And in combination of business process optimization, the perfect business support system is built up, the IoT end-to-end system constructed, and the service level improved, thus being an edge in the market competition.
