摘要
目的研究中药清痤方干预痤疮动物模型金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑的作用机制。方法选取60只SPF级雄性金黄地鼠随机分为5组,空白对照组(生理盐水),阳性对照螺内酯组(螺内酯0.7 mg/mL),低剂量组(清痤方1.14g/mL)、中剂量组(清痤方2.28g/mL)、高剂量组(清痤方4.56g/mL)灌胃30d。观察金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑面积变化及组织结构改变情况。结果 3个剂量的清痤方和螺内酯均能缩小金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑面积,与空白组比较,高剂量组金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑面积缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。显微结构显示,螺内酯组、清痤方低、中、高剂量组金黄地鼠的皮脂腺变薄、分布松散,腺体变小。结论中药清痤方能抑制皮脂腺的增生和过度分泌,改善皮脂腺结构。
Objective To explored the therapeutic effects and mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine Qingcuo Formula on treating damp-heat constitution acne.Methods 60 SPF male golden hamster were randomly divided into 5 groups：Control Group（Normal saline）,Positive Drug Group（spirolactone,0.7 mg/mL）,and Qingcuo Formula Groups,including Low-dose Group（Qingcuo Formula,1.14 g/mL）,Medial-dose Group（Qingcuo Formula,2.28 g/mL）,and High-dose Group（Qingcuo Formula,4.56 g/mL）,which were respectively given normal saline,spirolactone and Qingcuo formula by gavage for 30 days.At the end of the experiment,the changes in the size and structure of sebaceous gland spots were observed.Results Three doses of Qingcuo Formula and spironolactone could narrow the golden hamster sebaceous glands area,and the effects of the High-dose Group was best,compared with the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）;The microstructure showed that the sebaceous glands of the golden hamsters were thinner,loosely distributed,and the glands were smaller in spironolactone group and Qingcuo Formula group.Conclusion Chinese medicine Qingcuo Formula could inhibit the proliferation and secretion of sebaceous gland cells,and improve the structure of sebaceous glands.
