摘要
该文通过引入六西格玛方法管理理论改进医院高值耗材采购流程。降低医院的耗材使用成本、减少资金占用成本,同时提高了医疗服务质量与效率从而将高值耗材采购流程达到最优状态。通过实践说明,六西格玛方法对于医用耗材管理流程优化具有重大的指导性作用。为其他医院在解决高值耗材管理难题方面提供了一种思路。
This article improves the hospital high value consumables procurement process by introducing Six Sigma method management theory. Reduce the cost of consumables in hospitals, reduce the cost of capital occupation, increase the quality of medical services, and improve service efficiency. In this way, the high - value consumables procurement process is optimized. Through practice, preliminary results have been achieved, and it has also been shown that the Six Sigma method has a major guiding role in the optimization of process medical consumables management, and also provides a way for other hospitals to solve the high - value consumables management problems.
