日粮添加异麦芽寡糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、抗氧化和免疫性能及肠道微生物含量的影响 被引量:4

Effects of dietary supplementation of isomalto oligosaccharide on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,immunity and gut microbiota of weaning pigs

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮添加异麦芽寡糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、抗氧化和免疫性能及肠道微生物含量的影响。选择健康、体重一致的(28±1)d杜洛克×长白×大白断奶仔猪600头,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复50头猪。试验设计两种日粮,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组在对照组日粮基础上添加0.5%异麦芽寡糖,试验共进行28 d。结果显示:整个试验期间,对照组与试验组对断奶仔猪平均日采食量和料重比无显著影响(P>0.05);试验组较对照组显著降低了断奶仔猪1~14 d和1~28 d的粪便评分(P<0.05)。日粮添加异麦芽寡糖显著提高了断奶仔猪28 d干物质、有机物和总能的表观消化率(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,具有提高粗蛋白质表观消化率的趋势(P=0.06)。试验组较对照组显著提高了断奶仔猪14 d血清GSH-Px、CAT和Ig G的含量(P<0.05),同时显著降低了血清MDA含量(P<0.05)。试验组较对照组显著提高了空肠绒毛高度(P<0.05),但对十二指肠或回肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度及绒毛高度/隐窝深度无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮添加异麦芽寡糖显著提高了盲肠和结肠总挥发性总量(P<0.05)。日粮添加0.5%异麦芽寡糖较对照组显著降低了结肠大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌含量(P<0.05),对结肠乳酸杆菌含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果提示:在本试验条件下,日粮添加异麦芽寡糖对断奶仔猪生长性能和血清免疫功能具有促进作用,调节盲肠微生物菌群。 The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of isomalto oligosaccharide(IO)on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,immunity and gut microbiota of weaning piglets. A total of 600 Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire weaning piglets(28±1)d,were randomly allocated into the 2 groups with 6 replicates of 50 pigs. The control diet was corn-soybean meal basal diet,while the trial diets were supplementation of 0.5% isomalto oligosaccharide into the basal diet. The trial last 28 d. Results showed that there was no significance difference in average feed intake or feed gain ratio between the treatments during the 28 d experimental period(P〉 0.05). The fecal score was improved(P〈 0.05)for pigs fed IO than the control group overall or during the first 2 week.On day 28,IO increased(P〈0.05) the apparent digestibility of dry matter, gross energy and organic matter, and tended to increase(P = 0.06) the apparent digestibility of crude protein. On day 14, IO decreased(P〈 0.05)the malondialdehyde(MDA) level but increased(P〈0.05) the levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) , catalase(CAT)and IgG in serum. The villus height of the ileum was higher for pigs fed IO than the control(P 〈 0.05) ,and there was no difference in duodenum or jejunum morphology between the treatments. There was no significant difference in specific volatile fatty acid(VFA)concentrations between the two groups(P 〉 0.05) ,whereas the total VFA concentrations in cecum and colon were greater(P 〈 0.05) in pigs fed diets containing IO. IO decreased the contents of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in cecum P 0.05 . In conclusion the inclusion of IMO in the diets has positive effects on performance and serum immunity, and could regulate gut microbiota in cecum of weaned pigs.
