摘要
目的探究盐酸羟考酮缓释片直肠给药改善晚期肿瘤患者疼痛及生活质量的效果。方法选取60例晚期肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采取随机双盲法将患者分为研究组与对照组,对照组患者(30例)予以硫酸吗啡缓释片镇痛治疗,研究组患者(30例)给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片直肠给药治疗。对比2组患者镇痛效果,用药前、用药1 h、3 h、5 h、7 h、24 h后患者疼痛程度及药物不良反应;对比治疗后患者焦虑(SAS)及抑郁(SDS)自评量表评分,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及生活质量(SF-36)量表评分,患者满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。服药1 h、3 h后研究组患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),5 h、7 h、24 h后2组评分相当(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后患者SAS、SDS、PSQI及SF-36评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组药物不良反应率(10.00%)低于对照组(33.33%),治疗满意率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(73.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片直肠给药镇痛效果佳,起效快,患者耐受性好、疼痛控制稳定,药物不良反应少,安全性高,且患者心理状态佳,睡眠可,生活质量改善,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effect of exycodone hydrochloride on the pain and quality of life of patients with advanced tumor. Methods 60 cases of patients with advanced tumors were divided into the research group and the control group,the control group（30 cases） received morphine sulfate zyban analgesic therapy,the study group （30 cases） was given oxycodone hydrochloride zyban rectum dosing joint comprehensive psychotherapy,compare the analgesic effect of the 2 groups of patients,before medication,1 h,3 h,5 h,7 h,24 h after medication pain degree,adverse reactions were compared,after treatment,anxiety （SAS） and depression （SDS） self rating scale score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） score and quality of life （SF-36） rating scale,and patient satisfaction were compared. Results The total effectiveness of the study group was 96.67%,higher than the control group,80.00% and P 〈0.05.The pain score 1 h,3 h after medication was lower than the control group, P 〈0.05, 5 h, 7 h,24 h after medication had no significant difference, P 〉0.05.SAS,SDS,PSQI and SF-36 in the study group after treatment were all better than the control group, P 〈0.05.Adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%,lower than the control group 33.33%,treatment satisfaction rate was 96.67%,significantly higher than that of control group,73.33%, P 〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride zyban rectum has good analgesia effect,work fast,good tolerance,pain control in patients with stable,less adverse reaction,high safety,and psychological status of patients are good,can sleep,life quality improvement is good,it is worthy of application.
