摘要
军事技术的伦理价值在历史演变中呈现出生命伦理—生存伦理—生态伦理的逻辑框架。当今的军事技术伦理价值是一个综合话语体系,生命伦理是微观支撑,源自于人类维持生命和保护生命的天然需求,最基本的问题就是生与死的问题;生存伦理是中观体现,就是国家或阶级以生存为目的所发生和建构起来的各种伦理关系,关系到国家的尊严、自由和独立;生态伦理是宏观存在,是军事技术主体基于自身与周围的人、动物和大自然等环境之间的生态关系所持有的一系列道德观念,它将伦理的范围扩到了非人的对象。
Ethical value of military technology presents the logic framework of life ethics, survival ethics and ecological ethics in the historical evolution. Nowadays, the ethical value of military technology is a comprehensive system, the life ethic is the micro support, which stems from the natural needs of mankind for maintaining and protecting life, the most basic problem is the issue of life and death; the survival ethic, related to the dignity, freedom as well as inde pendence of the country, is the central embodiment, which is the ethical relations that have taken place and been constructed by the state or the class in order to survive; and the ecological ethics is the macro existence, which is a series of moral concepts held by the main body of military technology which is based on its ecological relations with the sur rounding environment such as people, animals as well as nature, it extends the scope of ethics to inhuman objects.
