摘要
模拟手工玛瑙研钵混料的实际操作状态,研制出超硬材料混料装置,介绍了混料装置主要结构的设计;分析了超硬材料混料工艺关键技术,详细讨论了各种混料参数对混料均匀性的影响。
The actual mixing operation of the handmade agate mortar is simulated to develop the mixing device of super abrasive.The main structure design of the mixing device is introduced,the key technology of the super abrasive mixing process is analysized,and the influence of various mixing parameters on mixing homogeneity is discussed in detail.
