持续干旱对澳洲坚果幼苗渗透调节能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以澳洲坚果2年生幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽方式模拟自然持续干旱,通过测定幼苗叶片的游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理指标,并运用相关分析及隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行综合分析。结果表明,在持续干旱条件下,不同品种澳洲坚果幼苗受干旱胁迫后其叶片的渗透调节能力存在差异,其中,云澳7号对干旱胁迫的适应性最强,云澳32号次之,云澳29号对干旱胁迫的适应性最弱,在今后的品种推广及灌溉管护中应区别对待。 2-year old potted seedlings of macadamia under simulating persistent drought environment were selected to measure the leaf free proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein,malondialdehyde and the change of cell membrane relative permeability.The drought resistance was analyzed synthetically by using the subordination function method and correlation analysis. The results showed that there are some differences in leaf osmotic adjustment ability among different varieties of macadamia seedlings against drought. Of all tested cultivars, Yun Mac7 has the strongest ability to adapt to drought stress, then is the Yun Mac32. While Yun Mac 29 showed the weakest ability under drought treatment. Therefore, there should be some options in macadamia variety promotion and irrigation management in the future.
