摘要
以终端消费者为对象,个性化、多样化的物流体验将成为电子商务条件下消费者的核心诉求,这其中最重要的就是快递服务。为了改善快递业务的分拣质量和分拣效率,提升快递分拣人员的操作安全、有效和舒适性,针对这些问题,设计开发了便携式快递抓取器,系统地阐述了抓取器的基本原理和结构,并对其进行了力学分析,通过Solidworks建立三维模型,应用ANSYS进行仿真,验证了其有效载荷。此项设计可应用于快递行业的分拣业务,并同样可适用于消费者方便的提取快递货物。
With terminal consumers as the object, personalized and diversified logistics experience will become the core demand of consumers under the conditions of electronic commerce, the most important of which is express service. In order to improve the sorting quality and efficiency of express delivery service and enhance the safety, effectiveness and comfort of the operation of express sorting personnel, a portable express crawler is designed and developed to solve these problems. The basic principle and structure of the crawler are expatiated systematically, and its mechanics analysis is carried out. The 3D model is established by Solidworks, and its payload is verified by ANSYS simulation. This design can be applied to the sorting business of express delivery industry, and can also be applied to the convenience of consumers to pick up express goods.
