摘要
目前镇城底矿南六下组煤轨道大巷采用无极绳运输方式,材料设备进入工作面需要多次转载,且矿车容易掉道,安全隐患突出,因此矿方决定采用先进辅助运输方式单轨吊作为南六下组煤的辅助运输方式,通过对悬挂锚杆的锚固力计算,得到轨道锚杆可以有效的承载单轨吊设备的重量的结论。
At present, the coal track roadway of south six lower group of Zhenchengdi mine adopts the mode of transportation without pole rope, the material and equipment need to be reprinted many times into the working face,and the mining car is easy to fall down the road, and the hidden danger of safety is prominent, therefore, It is decided to adopt the advanced auxiliary transportation mode monorail crane as the auxiliary transportation mode of the south sixth coal group. Through the calculation of the anchor force of the hanging bolt, the conclusion that the rail bolt can effectively carry the weight of the monorail hoisting equipment is obtained.
