摘要
企业生产规模的不断扩大,生产工艺的不断改进,使生产设备日趋大型化、集成化、自动化和智能化,备用设备管理在企业设备管理中的作用日益突出。结合内蒙古矿业公司备用设备管理实践,介绍了备用设备的选择,提出了保证设备完好率、合理使用备用设备等管理措施,对提高企业设备管理水平,促进企业又好又快发展具有借鉴意义。
With increasing production scale,enterprises are upgrading production processes,making production equipment larger,more integrated,automated and smart and the management of standby equipment an important part of production equipment management. Based on the management practice of standby equipment in Inner Mongolia mining company,the paper introduced the selection of standby equipment and proposed such management measures as maintaining equipment integrity and reasonable standby equipment utilization. The discussion can be used as reference by enterprises to improve equipment management levels and promote better and faster development.
