摘要
采煤设备可靠性是影响井下综采高效生产的重要因素。综采工作面设备系统具有设备众多、可修复串联系统的特点。因此,本文选取模糊结构元法对井下综采系统进行可靠性分析,主要依据矿井实际统计资料,从修复率和故障率两个方面进行可靠度分析,确保井下高效生产。
The reliability of coal mining equipment is an important factor that affects the efficient production of fully mechanized mining underground. The equipment system of fully mechanized mining face has a lot of equipment and its series system can be repaired. Therefore, this article selects fuzzy structure element method for reliability analysis of underground mining system, which is mainly based on the actual statistical data of mine, in terms of repair rate and the failure rate, to ensure efficient production underground.
